Annie has been instructing in sport for over 8 years and has always kept an active lifestyle. She discovered yoga practice when trying to solve her problem of restlessness and hyperactivity, quickly falling in love with the healing and calming process that yoga offers.
Along with her 200 hours teacher training, she holds Level 1,2, and 3 gymnastics certification. After many years of working with children, she has found the importance of physical and mental health for people of all ages. Her goal is to inspire and motivate well being through movement of yoga practices. Energetic and cheerful, Annie loves to find the fun in all activities, whether it be asanas, pranayamas or meditation.
She is dedicated to encouraging others to reach their goals and unify the mind, body, and soul.
