For Ayse, teaching yoga means helping students find freedom within the guidance of the practice. She believes the more you open your heart, the more fearlessly you live your life! The more you live fearlessly, the more you have an impact on people around you and uplift your community.
She brings her passion for the practice alive in classes through accessible alignment-focused postures linked with intentional sequencing. Each class is designed purposefully to experience a focal point like an Asana (posture), a body part or a thematic approach to support you to reach to your most profound understanding of yoga.
Ayse began 200 Hour training with Chris Chavez in her home country of Turkey in 2014 and completed 300 Hour Advanced training with Semperviva Yoga College, focusing on Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin yoga. She has been teaching public classes since 2015, offering workshops on Vinyasa, 5 Elements, Chakra System.
Additionally, Ayse was an Assistant for the Semperviva Yoga 200 Hour Teacher Training from January 2019 until March 2020.
