Cayley (RYT 200) is and experienced yoga, meditation and mindfulness teacher, retreat and workshop facilitator and coach. Her training includes a 200 hour vinyasa training with Suzanne Slocum Gori, lululemon's 200 hour mindful on yoga leadership teacher training and a 100 hour yoga teacher training with Janet Stone.
She first practiced yoga in 2007 for its physical benefits in complementing her running: however, she soon after discovered the emotional benefits of yoga and meditation. For over twelve years, she has been leading personal and leadership development experiences for a wide variety of people (athletes, entrepreneurs, mindfulness based experiences. Most recently, she has facilitated lululemon's personal development retreats globally and managed and assisted their yoga leadership teacher training program. Personally, she is currently embarking on one of the greatest transitions in her life
