Chandra has been active all her life, experiencing all different kinds of movement from dance to sports to tree planting to the birth of her now 3 year old. All of this experience has given her a well rounded understanding of the body and it's need for movement. What drove Chandra to the fitness industry was a desire to share this knowledge and empower individuals to realize their own abilities to move their bodies. For Chandra, this starts with the mind-body connection beginning with deep and purposeful breath. This is the core of what she teaches. Chandra's classes are functional, fun and upbeat. Chandra takes that extra time to make corrections and ensure everyone is getting the most out of each movement. Chandra is a NAMS certified personal trainer and has her Pre/Post Natal certification.
