4 WEEK MINI SERIES

Üphoria yoga is excited to announce our upcoming 4-week mini-series for autistic children!

This new program, led by Emma Basky will run on Saturdays from 11:30-12:15 throughout the month of May. It is open to participants ages 6-10 and will include exploratory movement, yoga poses and games, and dance.

Yoga has been shown to have a number of benefits for individuals on the autism spectrum including increased flexibility, coordination, balance, relaxation and nervous system regulation, and self-awareness.

This small-group class has been designed to be fun, engaging, and accessible for children on the autism spectrum.
