Prenatal & Postnatal Instructor
Emily discovered yoga and mindfulness early on in life and it has taken her on many adventures practicing and teaching all over the world. She embarked on her first teacher training at Downward Dog Yoga Centre in Toronto in 2016 and since then has completed over 500 hours of training in ashtanga vinyasa, hatha, prenatal and postnatal, and mindfulness-based stress reduction.
Her personal practice spans over a decade and includes the exploration of other movement modalities such as dance, pilates, strength training, trail running, and hiking. Emily's classes are unique, mindful, and incorporate a functional movement framework for all body types and abilities.
Meditation and movement have transformed Emily's life in so many positive ways and she aims to share the healing power of movement with as many people as she can.
