Our studio has two rooms, one for little yogis and one for big yogis! Some of our adult classes will offer child minding. See our schedule. We will always be adding more childminding based on demand. A certified instructor engages children in the kids yoga room with educational games, while adults practice yoga or workout in the room next door. (Yes, there is soundproofing).

What do I need to bring on my first visit?

For the security, health and safety of our studio, staff, members and little yogis, we require all guests to validate their accounts by presenting a valid piece of photo I.D. before their first class. Please arrive 15 minutes early to ensure you have plenty of time to see the front desk! We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your first class to complete a waiver for your kids (if you haven't filled it out online), purchase a pass, and transition into the classroom. After your first visit, we always recommend arriving 10 minutes early to ensure a relaxed experience. You'll also be able to register for our studio and classes online once our doors are open.
