Jenny Rose first found yoga in 2007, while trying out different ways to reduce stress and heal trauma. Finding guided meditation and yoga most helpful, she soon felt a spark to share it with others. Her first venture was a radiant child teacher training, from the Kundalini branch of yoga. This training included a fascinating section on Brain Gym, a neuroscience-based approach to improving brain circulation and connection coined as “educational kinesiology.” In 2014, Jenny Rose had completed her 500hr level 1 training with Moksha Yoga, now known internationally as Modo Yoga. During that year of distance learning, she completed her Yogassage teacher training that complimented her interest in massage therapy. Recently, Jenny Rose has felt overwhelmingly compelled to teach children yoga and self care. She wants to give children and teens the opportunity to experience mind-body connection and inner peace through regular practice. Jenny Rose has completed level 1, YogaKids Foundations teacher training, and is currently working through level 2, YogaKids Integrations. Jenny Rose has completed her CHI Kids Master certification in 2016, which provides children with self care tips, CBT techniques for anxiety, coined as “tools” for happiness. Jenny Rose is excited to join Üphoria Yoga this past December 2019.
