As a yoga instructor Kelly aims to bring a unique sense of empowerment to each class - creating a space where students can safely dive deeper on their path by engaging with the transformative practices of yoga. While sharing her passion in leading mindful classes and yoga fit fusion classes she only hopes to grow with her students and move with intention. She is certified in 200hr YTT, Kids Yoga and just recently Trauma Sensitive Yoga accredited.
Yoga has been in her practice since 2015 when she was first introduced to the foundations and staple stances to help improve her injuries. With her coaches/ physiotherapist introducing her to more of therapeutic yoga practice and seeing results in her recovery process, she knew she wanted to focus on moving smarter and feeling better.
With her sports background and past experience as swim coach for kids, she strives to create a fun, loving, and motivating space for the children. A place where they are empowered by their own strength, and maintaining body conscious and awareness through each movement. Exploring new ways of moving the body through creative play and drills, kids will leave feeling strong and calm.
You can expect a variety of practices in fluid movement, power poses and breath work. She will assist and instruct everyone based on their own unique form of yoga. With the intention of deepening her personal practice, she only aspires to move to feel better and stronger.
