Lindsey is a certified Yoga Teacher originally from Prince Edward Island, currently residing in Vancouver.
Originally turning to yoga to stretch the body after long distance running, she quickly formed a deeper mind body connection through the practice and was instantly intrigued to dive deeper.
After taking a temporary (turned permanent) leave of absence from her day job to complete her first yoga teacher training, she was hooked and there was no turning back! It quickly became her mission in life to share the time honoured tradition of yoga and meditation with others and she hopes that her students can also tap into the transformational powers of the practice that she found on her mat many years ago. Fast forward to today, with over 500 hours of yoga teacher training, she has studied in the modalities of: Vinyasa; Hatha; Yin; Meditation; Thai Massage and Ayurveda. She considers herself to be a student first and is dedicated to continuous learning in the field of Yoga and Wellness.
She is passionate about offering a safe space where students are free to explore a yoga practice that is authentic to them. In Lindsey’s classes you can expect to find a well-balanced, thoughtfully constructed sequence, with options to modify or go deeper. With a strong connection to the breath throughout, her classes are designed to act as a moving meditation. Her intention is to have you leave class feeling open and more at peace.
