Since 2008, Manuela has been gathering knowledge and interesting experiences through her time travelling and living abroad. One of the best gifts she received during her travels was finding Yoga and Meditation: In 2013, while living in Bangkok, Thailand, she met her first yoga teacher, Jitendra, who introduced her to Hatha Yoga and Meditation. Since then, Yoga has been a fundamental part of her personal growth and it has improved her quality of life immensely. Manuela stayed close to her Yoga practice as she continued to travel and has learned from teachers in many different parts of the world. This has given her the opportunity to broaden her understanding and remain open minded.

In 2017, Manuela completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh, India.  Since then, she has led a range of classes in New Zealand, Australia and now in Canada. She has also completed three Vipassana Meditation Courses and a 45-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training course.  Manuela is experienced in practicing and teaching Hatha, Vinyasa, Power, Dynamic Hatha, Yin, and Restorative Yoga as well as meditation techniques and Yoga Nidra.

When teaching her classes, Manuela stays close to the spirituality of the practice but she also strives to promote mental, emotional, and physical strength. Manuela’s mission is to share the gift of Yoga with others and pass on the knowledge she has received from all of her teachers.
