PAJAMA PARTY MOVIE NIGHT!​

​

The evening will begin with a fun yoga class, including breathwork and a themed yoga adventure. After class, enjoy pizza, popcorn and a movie!

 

WHAT TO BRING:

 

• Wear comfortable pajamas to move and relax in

• Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated

• Invitation to bring along one stuffy/toy from home and your favourite blanket 

Pizza and popcorn will be provided. Please email info@uphoriayoga.com if your child has any allergies/dietary restrictions.
