Rachele has been living in Vancouver since arriving from her home in Italy in 2016!
2017 started her Yoga Journey to help deal with stress and manage anxiety. In the beginning - she was skeptical about yoga, and the practices associated. But the sincere feeling she had for change made her trust the process. First introduced to seated meditation practice, shortly after she discovered the power of physical aspects of yoga which made her fall deeply in love with this discipline. Rachele found her passion in 2018 in Children’s Yoga training. In 2019 she graduated from 200 Hour YTT with Phoenix Community Yoga in Vancouver. She’s currently continuing to deepen her studies in 500-hour YTT and studying Yoga Therapy at VSOHA – hoping to work with the elderly population and supporting people with mental health.
When teaching adults, Rachele supports her students to experience how the pose can be felt. This increases the benefits from asana and is specific to each student’s needs. In Children’s Yoga - she loves to practice with games, dancing, singing, and mindful activities to help them express comfortably. Rachele's playfulness and joyful spirit makes her easy to connect with, allowing kids to feel at home, empowered, seen, and heard.
Rachele's passions are dancing Tango, painting, being in nature, and spending time with her inspiring friends. Her dream is to visit India soon and connect with the source of yoga. For Rachele, yoga represents a never-ending life journey and is truly a precious gift for her personal self-growth.
