Samantha began practicing yoga at the age of 14, and was teaching at 18 years of age, after battling anorexia. It was that experience that inspired her to want to teach, as she realized the beautiful emotional, physical and spiritual benefits from the practice. A former half marathon competitor, gym goer, and present day tennis and hiking enthusiast,
Samantha is also a self taught contortionist, meditation teacher and practitioner. She educates students how yoga can truly create a sense of balance in all aspects of life. Sam offers the styles of Power, Flow, Hatha, and Yin Yoga and meditation classes. She is excited to get to know new students and create a tribe of passionate yogis.
