Okay, yoga community … it’s happening!!! We’re going to see you soon — live and IN PERSON! And if you’re not quite ready to come back, we’ve still got you covered with virtual classes, so please keep reading.

We’re so excited to welcome everyone back, but we need to cover a few new rules first:

What we're doing to reduce the risk:

  • You MUST pre-register for all classes, since we need to limit class sizes at this time. This will require you to have a credit card on file and we will be enforcing a 12-hour cancellation policy. Canceling less than 12 hours prior to your class will result in a no-show fee of $25. This is to ensure that all those who are wanting to practice are given the opportunity.

  • We will be implementing a no-touch check-in system. This will require you to download the MindBody app. We ask that you please make sure this is downloaded ahead of time to ensure a smooth check-in process.

  • Maintain a distance of 2 metres (6 feet) between mats by finding the mat markers on the floor of the studio. The top of your mat must be lined up with a mat marker.

  • Maintain a distance of 2 metres (6 feet) by the washroom by finding the markers.

  • Due to their close proximity and size, strollers, kids’ scooters and bikes are not allowed inside the studio.

  • As always, hand sanitizer and anti-bacterial wipes will be available throughout the studio.

  • Anyone who has had symptoms of COVID-19 in the last 10 days must self-isolate at home. Symptoms include: fever, chills, new or worsening cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, and new muscle aches or headache.

  • Anyone under the direction of the provincial health officer to self-isolate must follow those instructions.

  • Anyone who has arrived from outside of Canada, or who has been in contact with a confirmed COVID-19 case, must self-isolate for 14 days and self-monitor for symptoms.

  • Due to limited space, visitors or anyone who is not registered for a class or program are not allowed to sit in the waiting area.

Note for students :

  • Class sizes will be limited to ten adults in the adult room and ten kids in the adult room (big room), and 6 kids in the (small room) in order to ensure safe social distancing practices in line with WorkSafeBC guidelines.

  • All classes will be approximately 60 minutes in length to allow sufficient time for classes to exit prior to the incoming class.

  • Please keep personal items to a minimum. Friendly reminder that phones and smart watches are not allowed in the practice room, except for on-call medical professionals.

  • You will find mat markers on the floor of the studio. The top of your mat must be lined up with a mat marker.

  • We are not able to offer complimentary blocks, bolsters, blankets or other props of any kind. You are welcome and encouraged to bring your own. We are hopeful this is a temporary restriction and we can get back to business as usual very soon.

  • There will be no hands-on adjustments.

Please bear with us as we navigate through all of these changes. We anticipate some challenges as we adjust to this new normal for the time being. We will start with a limited number of in-person classes and slowly add more. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

  • All pass suspensions will be lifted as soon as we open our doors. We understand that this may not be the right time for you to come back to the studio, so please email us if you’d like to continue with your passes on hold. We will be extending all passes for additional 90 days starting June 8th.
