Maegan is a dedicated yoga instructor, certified as a 500 RYT through the Vancouver School of Healing Arts, and is currently pursuing her master’s degree in clinical psychology and counselling. She has completed the Foundations of Yoga Therapy, enriching her teaching philosophy with a therapeutic perspective. With a background in social work, Maegan brings extensive experience in supporting children and families facing trauma, allowing her to understand the profound effects that mental health challenges and burnout can have on individuals and communities.In addition to her yoga credentials, Maegan aims to become a Certified Yoga Therapist for Adolescents and Young Adults (CYAYT).
Drawing from her transformative journey with yoga, she is passionate about creating a safe and inclusive space where healing can flourish. Her teaching method combines mindfulness practices, intentional movement, and therapeutic support, empowering individuals to reconnect with their authentic selves.
Maegan's classes foster a sense of community and belonging, ensuring that everyone feels valued and supported on their path to wellness. Recognizing the importance of holistic well-being, she is committed to helping her students develop a deeper understanding of themselves, both physically and emotionally.
