In this interactive and fun yoga class, you will nourish the very special bond between you and your baby. This gentle class is designed for parent(s)/caregiver(s) and their precious babies to bond. Babies will get a chance to explore their new minds and bodies, while parent(s)/caregiver(s) will be supported in increasing their strength, flexibility, and self-care. Enjoy a safe space to share your discoveries, your challenges and to connect with a like-minded community.

We’ll begin with a yoga inspired warm up to connect with the breath and core before shifting into low impact strength and cardio movement. The class will finish with a yoga flow into savasana. You’ll leave feeling strong, balanced and energized. Babies are welcome too!

Not your typical yoga experience, this class is designed to help toddlers build strength and mobility in a fun and vibrant environment. This class will provide your young one with a solid fitness foundation. Come play, explore and connect with your little one in this dynamic and cheerful class.
