Üphoria Yoga is Vancouver's first family yoga studio established in september 2019. Our academy-style programs for expecting parents, moms, kids, family and adults are growing in popularity. Our goal is to bring communities together, so families can grow happier and healthier and learn to be more coonected with each other.

The early days of being a parent are full of questions and searching for answers! We’ve created an extraordinary series of four workshops to help you navigate this new world with your precious baby. With experts in the field leading each workshop, you’ll discover more knowledge around sleep, feeding + nursing, infant massage, and pelvic health. Together, all of these workshops will help you find support as you adventure through parenthood. Enjoy a safe space to share your discoveries, your challenges and to connect with a like-minded community of parents.

prenatal yoga
Connect with yourself and your baby in this nurturing prenatal space suitable for all trimesters. Increase your mindfulness, strength, and flexibility by practicing yoga poses specifically for your prenatal journey. Expect to deepen your breath, strengthen your pelvic floor, and discover a practice that will deepen your experience as you transition to welcome your baby. Prepare your body, mind and heart for pregnancy, birth and postpartum while connecting with a community of other prenatal students.

Whether you’ve given birth or are about to, your pelvic floor will thank you for this class! With a focus on deep core breathing, we’ll mobilize, stabilize and activate the body through functional movement designed especially for your prenatal or postnatal body. You’ll leave feeling empowered in your body and ready to take on day to day life.Babes are welcome, too!

Center your mind and strengthen your body with this diverse class combining yoga and fitness!
We’ll begin with a yoga inspired warm up to connect with the breath and core before shifting into low impact strength and cardio movements. Finish with a yoga flow into savasana. You’ll leave feeling strong, balanced and energized. Babes are welcome too!

In this interactive and fun yoga class, you will nourish the very special bond between you and your baby. This gentle class is designed for parent(s)/caregiver(s) and their precious babies to bond. Babies will explore their new minds and bodies, while parent(s)/caregiver(s) will be supported to increase their strength, flexibility, and self care. Enjoy a safe space to share your discoveries, your challenges and to connect with a like-minded community of parents.
