& Me Yoga
In this interactive and fun yoga class,
you will nourish the very special bond between you and your baby. This gentle class is designed for parent(s)/caregiver(s) and their precious babies to bond. Babies will explore their new minds and bodies, while parent(s)/
caregiver(s) will be supported to increase their strength, flexibility, and self-care. Enjoy a safe space to share your discoveries, your challenges and to connect with a like-minded community of parents.

Parent & Tot
In this class, we will introduce you and your little one to the benefits of yoga through the use of playful stories, songs and props. Not your typical calming yoga experience, this class is to designed to help toddlers move, to build strength and their fitness foundation.

Whether you've given birth or are about to, your pelvic floor will thank you for this class! With a focus on deep core breathing, we'll mobilize, stabilize and activate the body through functional movement. You'll leave feeling empowered in your body and ready to take on day to day life.
