& Me Yoga
In this interactive and fun yoga class, you will nourish the very special bond between you and your baby. Specifically designed for the postpartum body, this Hatha/Soft Flow yoga class will build your strength, flexibility, energy and balance. And, while naturally integrating song, rhyme, sign language, loving touch and developmentally appropriate movement you will learn how to build your baby’s muscle tone, increase your baby’s circulation and enhance your baby’s neural connections.

Whether you've given birth or are about to, your pelvic floor will thank you for this class! With a focus on deep core breathing, we'll mobilize, stabilize and activate the body through functional movement. You'll leave feeling empowered in your body and ready to take on day to day life.
