Center your mind and strengthen your body with this diverse class combining yoga and fitness! We begin with a yoga inspired warm up to connect with the breath and diaphragm before shifting into low impact strength and cardio movements. We finish with a yoga flow into savasana. You’ll leave feeling strong, balanced and energized. Babies are welcome too!
