Connect with yourself and your baby in this nurturing prenatal space suitable for all trimesters. Increase your mindfulness, strength, and flexibility by practicing yoga poses specifically catered to your prenatal journey. Expect to deepen your breath, strengthen your pelvic floor, and discover a practice that will deepen your experience as you transition into parenthood. Prepare your body, mind and heart for pregnancy, birth and postpartum while connecting with a community of other prenatal students.

Center your mind and strengthen your body with this diverse class combining yoga and fitness! We begin with a yoga inspired warm up to connect with the breath and diaphragm before shifting into low impact strength and cardio movements. We finish with a yoga flow into savasana. You’ll leave feeling strong, balanced and energized. Babies are welcome too!

Come prepared to unwind, refresh, rest and end your day in a supportive way. Kundalini involves rhythmic and fluid movements done at your own pace to unwind stress and digest your day and restorative yoga helps us relax at the end of our day with Postures we relax into while being supported by props. You will leave feeling refreshed, nurtured and grounded.
