Kundalini involves rhythmic and fluid movements done at your own pace to unwind stress and digest your day and restorative yoga helps us relax at the end of our day with Postures we relax into while being supported by props.
You will leave feeling refreshed, nurtured and grounded.

Unwind and de-stress with a luscious yin practice. By holding floor stretching postures that target the hips and back, yin slowly stretches the connective tissue of the body to release deeply held tension. Leave feeling lighter, more flexible, spacious, and calm.
