Jessica knew after her first yoga class that this was her calling in life. A 500- hour certified teacher, she loves exploring philosophy and her classes are playful and strong. She hopes to leave you elevated and inspired. As she focuses on alignment she gives her students many different options to the poses to allow yoga to work for their body.
Having had the opportunity to learn from many amazing teachers such as Janet Stone, Clara Roberts-Oss and Bernie Clark to name a few she has many styles of yoga that inform each class she teaches. She recently has had the experience of how beneficial prenatal classes have been for her mind and body through her own pregnancy. Having been certified in Prenatal and Baby and me back in 2016 she is familiar with the benefits of the practice but having the chance to experience them first hand has been a whole new world for her and reflects in her teaching of her own classes.
