Children will explore a new theme each week in a structured program.  Our yoga classes encourage self-awareness and self-expression through yoga poses, games and songs in a non-competitive atmosphere.

Want to have an unforgettable birthday for your little one? We provide one of a kind birthday parties in-studio or virtually. We can cater to any theme, while offering yoga, music, dancing and more!

An action packed program to keep your kids' day-off school fun and interactive. Our full day or half day programs will include art, games, music and of course yoga!
