Natalia

Prenatal & Postnatal Instructor

Natalia began her journey with yoga in 2007 after stepping away from pursuing a career in dance. For the next 15 years during her academic work as a university lecturer, editor, copyeditor, and postdoctoral arts researcher, yoga offered a consistent source of mindful, embodied connection and nervous system regulation. After becoming a mom in 2021, Natalia shifted focus from academia to her study of yoga. In 2024, while pregnant with her second child, she completed the 240-hour Enriched Teacher Training and 300-hour Foundations of Yoga Therapy programs at VSOHA, and in 2025 she completed her 40-hour pre/postnatal training with Katie Connolly.

Natalia offers alignment-based prenatal, hatha, and vinyasa yoga classes. Her teaching is rooted in non-dual Tantrik philosophy and includes pranayama and meditation practice. She is committed to creating inclusive spaces and continuously learning through curiosity and compassion. Natalia is deeply appreciative of her many teachers and mentors and is grateful to live on the unceded, traditional lands of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh First Nations.
